10 min. Full Body Workout

What a night I had! What night did I have? I didn't sleep very well, my wife was at my feet, I turned hard on one side - on the other, I was cold at one point. Confused by last night, I hope he doesn't come back. However, I decided to do a full body, smenar, to calm the thought of anxiety. I did a good job with myself, though. I fought something with myself, but I came out victorious, a part of me. How hard it is for me, still! It's cloudy, it may rain. The weather maximally influences our condition, health, opinion of those like me with rheumatic problems. But, I worked 1 minute, no break, 10 minutes. That's how I like to work, without a break. I performed the following exercises - thruster - biceps curl - pushed from bed - fluttering - fluttering from the stand - crunch with push for numbers - hips thruster - bald raises That's what I worked on, I did well. I couldn't work anymore, I had to get to work. But, it's possible because I can't help but exercise. So I move, so I exist.
