Legs&abs day with single dumbell

I'm a little tired! Yesterday, after the night shift, I was a little "smart", I trained, but I didn't get enough rest. And when I rested, the next day I was still tired. It's not good in any way. But, it doesn't matter, the rest is coming and, normally, I will rest. I hope not!
Waking up in the morning, at 7 o'clock without anything, as every morning, I could not miss getting "tired" even harder with a leg workout. I repeat, I don't like to work them, but they are part of my body, it's a big group of muscles, it supports my body, it helps me move, so I can't miss them not working them. The exercises are known from the last training, but I will repeat them, maybe someone wants to try them. - squat goblet - romanian deadlift - long alternatives - sumo squat - thruster dumbell - standing calves raises - suitcase squat (r & l) - static feet lunge (r & l) - stiff legs deadlift -hips thruster - isometric hips thruster - weighted leg ext (r & l) - curtsy lunge (r & l) - frog leg crunch - frog leg bridge - russian twist - weighted abs crunch What I like about this workout is ... it's ... that I also do some abdominal exercises. A group that I have to work hard on, because the abdominal wall (I'm talking about the inside) is stiff and can break again, anytime, if I don't work my abdomen and legs. That's it, it's part of my health and that's why I promised myself that I wouldn't stop doing fitness workouts. At the highest! Have coolness in your soul and a lot of warmth for your fellows!
