Full body, No equipment

Simple exercises on several muscle groups, ie the whole body. I think, workouts are good done without weights, elastics, sandbags, stones and many other things with which you can exercise. I think the best cardio workouts are those done without work equipment and exclude running, cycling, and other bikes and treadmills. Exercise according to your heart!
