Am lucrat tot corpul intr-un timp destul de mare pentru mine. Dar, observ ca din ce in ce mai mult ca, eu, de la a face niste antrenamente scurte si foarte scurte si oarecum intense, la a face antrenamente tip fitness , lungi si foarte lungi. Corpul meu raspunde foarte bine si imi este foarte bine, muschi nu sunt reliefati si nu arat wow, dar eu in interiorul meu ma simt de la foarte bine la extraordinar.
Sa scriu exercitiile facute, caci va veti plictisi citondu-le. Sa aveti succes la citit, deci :

Lungul drum al exercitiilor l-am terminat in 46:06 si am consumat 561 kcal.
Astazi am consumat 721 kcal numai facand exercitii si mai adaug ca am mers pe jos si am facut ceva treaba fizica . Deci, se mai adauga cateva kcal la consum.
